We sell the card game ChardZ® through this website.

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • A pricing error has occurred

  • Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected

  • The product is unavailable

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including PayPal.

We do not store full card or payment details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Cancellation (UK Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at:

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

We may request photographic evidence.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

The following are owned by New Spark Enterprises Ltd:

  • The registered trademark ChardZ®

  • All logos and branding

  • Artwork and graphic design

  • Card layouts and visual designs

  • Written rulebook text

  • Website content

  • Packaging design

These materials are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Copy or scrape website content

  • Misuse our trademark

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not liable for business losses or loss of profits

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
