1. UK Customers – 14 Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
2. Returning Goods
After notifying us of cancellation:

Goods must be returned within 14 days.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We may deduct an amount if the goods show signs of unnecessary handling beyond what is required to inspect them.
Original delivery costs will be refunded at the standard delivery rate (if applicable).
4. International Customers
For customers outside the UK:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items delayed or held by customs.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Provide photographs where possible.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
